A mixed junior class lets the lower grades train with good example and role models of the higher grades who can take a leadership role in being at the higher end of the class. Lots of instructors at these classes ensure that even with large class sizes, every student will get attention paid to their learning.
5:20pm - 6:20pm (1 hour class)
Type: Matchplay Class
Ages: Under 12s
Levels: All belts

A great introduction to the sports competition side of taekwondo. The class has a fun, friendly environment just for kids, who can put on all the safety gear we use for competitions and play some games and practice drills that improve their sport skills. Great fitness and fun.
Students wishing to attend this class need to have participated in the previous class, to make sure they have the proper warm up. If you are unable to attend the class before, make sure to turn up early and make sure the instructor in charge knows you weren't in the last class.
Students with sparring equipment should bring it to class, but you don't need to buy any equipment to participate in this class.
6:20pm - 7:30pm (1 hour and 10 minute class)
Type: General Class
Ages: Over 12s
Levels: Beginners, white belts, yellow belts, blue belts
Instructor: Taissa Danilovich
Assistant instructors: Kyle Slade, Ben Abbey, Julian Stagg
A good introductory class for senior students, with just lower grades and a good student; teacher ratio.
7:30pm - 8:45pm (1 hour and 15 minute class)
Type: General Class
Ages: Over 12s
Levels: Red belts and black belts
Instructors: Taissa Danilovich, Anne Serrurier
An advanced class for senior students of higher ranks.
