Firstly
Welcome to 2024 the year of the Dragon

We are 13 days away from classes starting for 2024
This is the first of a few notifications I will be sending over the next week.
So if you are on a break and would rather not receive them please let me know and I will remove you from the mailing list

We start back on Wednesday the 31st of January

Probably a good time to start thinking about those legs that probably haven't done much work over the holidays.

Tim and I have put some thought into improving our self defence, to be even more realist and meaningful.
Some new specialist classes are in development and will evolve towards the second half of Term 1.
We have an extension to our multimedia reach with Intergram included in our suite of communication tools along with the Web site Facebook and email.
